新疆某1,4-丁二醇化工生产企业职业危害现状评价 被引量:2

Evaluation on occupational hazards in a 1, 4-butanediol production enterprise of Xinjiang

摘要 目的了解新疆某1,4-丁二醇化工企业的职业病危害现状,评价企业职业病防治措施效果,提出改进措施,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用现场卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、检查表法和职业健康检查等方法对该企业进行综合评价。结果该企业职业病危害防护设施、个人使用的职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理等方面内容基本符合相关的标准规范要求。存在的主要职业病危害因素是甲醇、甲醛、正丁醇、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫酸、氢氧化钠、噪声和高温。作业场所中化学毒物检测结果均符合国家卫生标准,噪声强度岗位检测合格率为75.0%,高温检测结果全部符合国家标准要求。结论该企业通过设置了职业病危害防护措施,化学毒物、噪声等职业病危害因素多数能得到有效控制。 [Objective] To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in a chemical enterprise of 1, 4-butanediol production in Xinjiang, assess the effect of occupational prevention and control measures, put forward the improvement measures, and protect the health of workers.[Methods] The methods of field occupational hygiene investigation, occupational hazard factors detection, check list and occupational health examination were applied in the comprehensive evaluation.[Results] The protection facilities against occupational hazards, individual protective equipments, and occupational health managements in this chemical enterprise were in accordance with the relevant laws and standards. The main occupational hazard factors were methanol, formaldehyde, butanol, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, noise and high temperature. The test results of chemical poisons met the national health standards. The qualified rate of noise was 75%. The detection results of high temperature all accorded with the national health standards.[Conclusion] By using the occupational hazard protective measures, the occupational hazard factors, such as chemical poisons and noise, has been effectively controlled in this enterprise.
