摘要 由于复合材料组分材料性能的不同以及制作工艺的不稳定,其性能具有离散性,破坏模式也不尽相同,常规的试验前后静态检测已不能满足试验和应用的需求。文章对声发射技术、光纤光栅传感法、电阻法、超声回波法等动态监测方法的检测原理方法进行介绍,对其在纤维增强复合材料监测上的应用进行了对比分析,指出了各自的应用范围及存在的问题。 Because of the different material performance of composite constituents and the instability of present technique, the performance of composite materials is instable as its' failuremode, conventional static testing technologies can't meet the requirements of tests and application. This paper mainly introduces monitoring principle of several dynamic monitoring methods, such as acoustic emission technology, fiber bragg grating sensor method, electrical resistance method, ultrasonic method, etc., its' current application situation in fiber reinforced composite material monitoring are compared, and the existing problems in application are put forward.
