摘要
压裂液流变及悬砂性能是压裂施工成功最关键的因素,支撑剂在压裂液中的沉降速度衡量压裂液的悬砂性能。该研究以SRFP-1增稠剂、SRFC-1交联剂、氯化钾工业品作为研究对象配制可逆交联聚合物压裂液SRFP;评价了该压裂液体系在100~160℃流变性能;以20/40目陶粒为研究对象开展静态悬砂实验;采用单颗粒法和砂比法,考察了不同温度配方SRFP压裂液悬砂性能;最后对比了SRFP压裂液与3种不同厂家生产的聚合物压裂液的悬砂性能。
The rheological property and proppant-carrying capacity of fracturing fluid are key factors for successful fracturing. The settling velocity of suspended sand in fracturing fluid reflects the proppant-carrying capacity of fracturing fluid,reversible cross-linking polymer SRFP fracturing fluid is prepared by SRFP-1 gelling,SRFC-1 cross-linker,and KCl products. The rheological properties of SRFP fracturing fluid are evaluated under the conditions of 100 ~ 160 ℃. The static suspension experiments are carried out by 20 /40 ceramic. Proppant-carrying capacity of different temperature formula for fracturing fluid is studied by single-particle method and sand-ratio method. Proppant-carrying capacity of SRFP fracturing fluid and other different kinds of fracturing fluids is compared.
