摘要
目的:分离并鉴定中药土萆薢中所含黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用有机溶剂提取,聚酰胺、硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶等色谱手段进行分离纯化,依据红外、质谱、核磁共振等波谱数据对分离得到的一个黄酮类化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:该黄酮类化合物被鉴定为3,5-二羟基-7-甲氧基-6-甲基-3-(4-羟基苄基)色满-4-酮。结论 :此化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To isolate and elucidate the flavanone constituent from Heterosmilax japonica Kunth.Methods:The compounds were extracted by organic solvent and separated with chromatography.The chemical structure was elucidated by IR,MS and NMR spectral methods respectively.Results:The compound was isolated and identified as 3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-methyl-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)chroman-4-one.Conclusion:The compound was obtained from the plant for the first time.
