摘要
研究目的:管波的产生是有条件的,其传播具有能量强、衰减慢、传播速度慢等特性,且在传播过程中携带了周围固体介质的物理特征。通过对在桩身预埋管水中管波的产生条件、传播特性的分析,结合纵波的传播规律,对比分析不同完整性类型基桩的传播特性,研究利用管波分析判断灌注桩桩身混凝土完整性的可行性。研究结论:(1)应用管波传播理论,通过桩身中管波传播特性分析判断桩身混凝土完整性质量是可行的;(2)纵波与管波在桩身中传播是呈规律性的,两种波的传播特性差异较大,形成竖向透射法检测波列图上特有的同相轴影像特征;(3)管波的传播携带桩身混凝土介质的物理特征,不同的管波同相轴影像图特征反映出桩身混凝土的结构性质;(4)本研究成果可应用在工程建设基桩检测领域,为基桩完整性检测技术提供了一种全新的途径。
Research purposes: The generation of the tube wave is conditional, with its spreading characteristics of strong energy, slow decay, slow propagation velocity and the feature of solid medium around in spreading. Combined with the propagation of longitudinal waves and the comparative analysis of propagation characteristics of different types of foundation pile integrity, study the feasibility of analyzing and determining the integrity of concrete piles pile by using tube wave analysis, through the analysis of the pipe wave generation conditions and the propagation characteristics in the pipe water.
Research conclusions: ( 1 ) It is feasible to determine the quality of concrete pile integrity through analyzing the pile of tube wave propagation characteristics, based on the theory of tube waves. (2) It is regularity spreading of the longitudinal wave and the tube wave in the pipes, with a quite difference of the two waves" spreading characteristics, forming the image features of the phase axis. ( 3 ) The tube wave propagation has the physical characteristics of pile concrete, the different tube wave phase axis image map features reflect the structural properties of the concrete pile. (4) The research results can be used in the field of engineering construction pile foundation inspection. And the method provides a new way for pile integrity testing technology.
