Risk Control and Compensation Mechanism in Entrepreneurship Alternatives in Higher Education

高校阶段的创业能力培养,能够帮助学生完善知识结果与创业技能,为更好地开展创业活动打下基础,也为社会创业型人力资源的开发提供保障。文章分析了高校创业阶段的风险,指出完善创业风险补偿机制,需要多方参与,形成以学生个人为主导的自主创业教育,更需要高校推动以创新为核心理念的创业教育,结合社会各方资源,模拟创业环境,为创业者提供智力支持和经营意见。总之,高校作为整合相关社会资源匹配学生创业需求的组织,要提升学生的风险预防与抵御能力,政府要充分发挥主导作用,提供政策、信息及信贷支持。

In the period of college, cultivating entrepreneurial ability is helpful for college students to refine their knowledge struc- ture and entrepreneurial skill, which lays a solid foundation for their future entrepreneurial activities and provides guarantee for entre- preneurial human resources in society. In this research, the author analyzed risks in starting an undertaking in college and showed clearly that improving the compensation mechanism in entrepreneurial risks needs the participations of various parties. Further, forming the students - oriented Self - employment education needs promoting college enterprise education with the core idea of innovation, in- tegrating the resources from all social parties, imitating the entrepreneurial environment and providing intellectual supports and business operation suggestions. In short, colleges and universities, organizations of integrating social resources to fit in with the needs of starting an undertaking among students, should improve students＇ ability of risk prevention and resistance. What＇s more, government should play a leading role to support in policy, information and credit.
