1例输入性非洲锥虫病病人的护理 被引量:2

摘要 非洲锥虫病,也可称为非洲睡眠病,是由布氏锥虫引起的一种人兽共患寄生虫病。病原体即为布氏锥虫,其又分为罗德西亚锥虫和冈比亚锥虫两类。传染源是病人、带虫者及其他保虫动物。由带虫的舌蝇(采采蝇)为传播媒介,通过叮咬传播。临床表现分为潜伏期、临床期。临床期又分为锥虫侵入期、锥虫血症期和中枢受累期。
