论我国成人闲暇教育的时代需求及推进策略

The Requirements of Times and Promoting Strategies in China's Adult Leisure Education

随着我国社会经济的发展,成人闲暇时间不断增多,闲暇生活成为当代我国成人生活不可或缺的一部分。然而,多数成人群体无法合理分配闲暇时间,这是多数成人群体没有正确的闲暇价值观引导所造成的。为此,本文明确了发展我国成人闲暇教育是适应终身教育理念、老龄化趋势、建设和谐社会、学习化社会和人的全面发展等时代需求的体现,并提出了采取树立成人自主的、参与的闲暇意识;重视闲暇道德,培养和谐人格;发挥媒体的宣传作用,营造良好的休闲环境;推动成人闲暇教育基础设施和成人闲暇教育工作者队伍建设;丰富成人闲暇教育内容,拓展成人闲暇教育方法等措施来推进我国成人闲暇教育发展的建议。

With the development of Chinas social economy,the adults leisure time is on the increase.Leisure life has become an indispensable part of Chinas contemporary adult life.However,due to the lack of correct leisure values,most adults cant reasonably allocate their leisure time.Under this background,this paper makes it clear that the development of adult leisure education in China embodies its adaption to the requirements of times such as the concept of life-long education,the aging trend,the construction of harmonious society and learning society and individuals overall development.It puts forward measures such as to build the adults independent participation consciousness in leisure time,attach great importance to the leisure moral,cultivate harmonious personality,give play of the medias advocacy role,to create a sound leisure environment,strengthen the construction of education infrastructure and education force in adult leisure education,enrich the content of adult leisure education and extend methods in adult leisure education so as to promote its development in China.
