摘要 以某铜质薄壁深孔筒形件为例,针对薄壁深孔筒形件形状特点和精度要求,进行了深孔筒形件变薄拉深工艺分析,并结合实际经验及现有生产设备技术情况,制定了3次变薄拉深成形工艺,阐述了变薄拉深生产工艺设计中应注意的问题。同时,介绍了一种变薄拉深模具结构。批量生产结果表明,该成形工艺和模具结构设计合理,操作简单,生产效率高。 Take a copper deep-hole and thin-wall cylindrical part as an example,according to the characteristics of the thin-wall cylinders and deep-hole shape and accuracy requirements,the ironing process was analyzed.Combined with practical experience and the existing equipment and technology,three ironing processes were discussed.Some problems that should be paid attention to in the production design process were expounded.Moreover,a die structure of ironing process was introduced.Mass production results shows that the forming process and die structure design are reasonable with simple operation,and has high productivity.
