摘要
WRe5/26热电偶的热电势与温度之间的关系存在严重非线性,如果做普通的线性拟合,那么会给测量值带来很大误差,必须进行多项式拟合。根据WRe5/26分度表上0,100,200,…,2200,2300℃对应的热电势值,利用最小二乘法对WRe5/26热电偶热电势与温度之间的关系进行多项式拟合,给出3、5、7、9阶的多项式,并进行了拟合误差分析.
The relationship between thermoelectric potential and temperature of the WRe5 / 26 thermocouple is highly nonlinear.The ordinary linear fitting brings great error to the measured value.So polynomial fitting must be done.In this paper,according to the temperature which is 0,100,200, …,2200~2300℃ and the corresponding thermoelectric potential in the WRe5 /26 indexing table,the polynomial fitting is done between thermoelectric potential and temperature of the WRe5 / 26 thermocouple using the least square method.Then the polynomials of three,five,seven and nine degree are given.
