摘要 对SCOAP3模式运行机制、联盟机制、内容机制、费用机制和验收机制等5个方面进行系统研究,得出SCOAP3模式成功的基础;论述SCOAP3模式在其他科学领域应用的可行性和必要性;总结其他学科领域SCOAP3模式应用的具体启示。 The paper firstly studied the five mechanisms of SCOAP3 mode including operation mechanism, alliance mechanism, content mechanism, payment mechanism and acceptance mechanism. Then, the basis for the success of SCOAP3 mode was summarized. With the summary of the necessity and feasibility of SCOAP3 model in other disciplines, the application enlightenment of the model in other fields was analyzed.
