摘要
建立了离子排阻高效液相色谱法测定二乙二醇丙酸甲酯化修饰剂的分析方法。根据二乙二醇丙酸甲酯化修饰剂既有多元醇类化合物又有机羧酸衍生物的结构特性,应用Bio-rad Bio-rad HPX-87H色谱柱,以H2SO4溶液(p H 2.0)为流动相,流速为0.8 m L/min,柱温55℃,检测波长210 nm。二乙二醇丙酸甲酯的峰面积与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.99718),加样回收率98.6%~99.7%,检出限为0.53μg/m L(S/N=3)。
A size-exclusion chromatography method was developed for rapid determination of methyl 3-[2-( 2-hydroxyethoxy) ethoxy]propanoate( PEG3-CO2Me). Using Aminex HPX-87 H ion exclusive column,and p H 2. 0H2SO4 solution as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm with the flow rate at 0. 8 m L/min and column temperature at 55 ℃. The results showed the calibration for PEG3-CO2 Me was in good linearity in the range of 2. 5 ~ 20 μg/m L( r = 0. 99718),and the detection limits was 0. 53 μg/m L( S/N = 3) with the recovery in the range of 98. 6% ~ 99. 7%. This method is simple,sensitive,and applicable for detecting low molecular of the PEG derivatives。
