摘要
以广州地铁某车站基坑为例,分析地铁车站明挖基坑施工对临近建筑物的影响,提出采用优化施工方法、爆破控制、切断工程影响传播途径和对建筑物结构加固等工程风险控制技术措施,结合施工期的监控量测和工程风险跟踪与动态评估,有效地保护临近建筑物的安全。
According to the foundation-pit construction at a subway station of Guangzhou metro, the inpact of this project on neighboring buildings is analyzed, some risk control countermeasures are proposed, such as the optimization construction method, blasting control, harm distribution route cutting off during construction and the structural re- inforcement, etc. Combined with monitoring measurement, risk tracing and dynamic assessmentin the founda- tion-pit construction, the proposed construction countermeasures could protect the neighboring buildings effectively.
