摘要
目的:研究放松音乐对有氧运动性疲劳消除的影响,探讨放松音乐疗法较自然恢复疗法在消除有氧运动性疲劳方面的优势。方法:以30名健康男大学生志愿者为研究对象,随机分为自然恢复组15人、聆听放松音乐组15人。有氧运动前、训练中、运动后即刻、恢复15min后分别测量各组被试的RPE值、心率、大腿围、小腿围,填写心境状态量表及疲劳自觉症状量表;记录RPE值。结果:(1)与运动前相比,各组被试心率、RPE值、疲劳自觉症状各维度(成就感降低、情绪/体力耗竭、运动负评价)得分、心境状态TMD总分及大、小腿围均显著增加,差异具有非常显著性(p<0.01);(2)较运动后即刻相比,聆听音乐组心率、PRE值、疲劳自觉症状各维度(成就感降低、情绪/体力耗竭、运动负评价)得分及心境状态TMD总分较运动后即刻均显著降低,差异具有非常显著性(p<0.01);大腿围、小腿围较运动后有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);(3)较运动后即刻相比,传统恢复组心率较运动后即刻显著降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);RPE值、疲劳自觉症状各维度(成就感降低、情绪/体力耗竭、运动负评价)得分、心境状态TMD总分及大、小腿围均有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);(4)较传统恢复组相比,聆听音乐组RPE值、疲劳自觉症状情绪/体力耗竭维度得分及心境状态TMD总分显著降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),特别是心率降低更为显著,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。其余各项指标两组间无显著性差异。结论:放松音乐对有氧运动疲劳的恢复有积极作用;放松音乐对心理疲劳的恢复效果优于传统恢复方法;放松音乐更有利于促进心血管系统、中枢神经系统和心理状态的恢复,且经济实用易于推广。
[Objective] To study the effects of relaxing music on eliminating fatigue of oxygen sport, to explore the advantage of relaxing music therapy in the elimination of aerobic exercise fatigue compared with the natural recovery therapy. [Methods] 30 healthy male volunteer college students were randomly divided into natural recovery group (n=15), listening to relaxing music group (n=15). The index including RPE value, heart rate, thigh and calf circumference were measured, a profile of mood states and subjective fatigue symptom scale were filled out with RPE recorded before aerobic exercise, immediately after exercise, after recovery of 15min. [Results] 1) compared with the preexercise, each dimension of heart rate, RPE value, subjective fatigue symptoms (reduced personal accomplishment, emotion / physical exhaustion, the negative evaluation of sports), the total score of TMD and score of mood state, calf circumference significantly increased, the difference was very significant (p〈 0.01); 2) immediately after exercise, in view of listening to music group, the various dimensions of tone group, heart rate, PRE value, subjective fatigue symptoms (reduced personal accomplishment, emotion / physical exhaustion, the negative evaluation of sports scores and total score of TMD) state of mind decreased significantly, there was significant difference (p〈0.01); thigh circumference and calf circumference appeared a downward trend, but the difference was not statistically significant (p〉0.05); 3) immediately after exercise, in view of the traditional recovery group, heart rate decreased significantly, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05); all the dimensions of RPE value, subjective fatigue symptoms (reduced personal accomplishment, emotion / physical exhaustion, the negative evaluation of sports) score, total score of TMD and the great state of mind, calf circumference appeared the declining trend, but the difference was not statistically significant (p〉0.05); 4) compared with the traditional recovery group,, RPE values,, fatigue symptoms emotion / physical exhaustion scores and mood state TMD total score of the listening to music group decreased significantly, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05), especially the heart rate decreased more significantly, the difference is very significant (P 〈 0.01). The other index between the two groups had no significant difference. [Conclusion] relaxing music on fatigue induced by aerobic exercise has positive effects on mental fatigue; recovery effect of relaxing music is better than that of traditional recovery method; relaxation music is more conducive to the promotion of the cardiovascular system, central nervous system and osvchological state of the recovery, and is economic, utility and easy to popularize.
