针灸联合中药热敷治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫临床研究

Clinical Research on Senile Stroke Hemiplegia Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Hot Compressing of Chinese Medicine

目的:观察针灸联合中药热敷治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年1月在本院住院治疗的老年脑卒中偏瘫患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组给予中药热敷治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后功能评分变化。结果:两组患者治疗后Vusl·Meyer评分、FAC评分和Barthel指数及髋关节和膝关节的活动度、张力和肌张力水平比治疗前明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后1个月和3个月以上,治疗组患者的评分比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合中药热敷治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with hot compressing of Chinese medicine on senile stroke hemiplegia. Methods： 70 cases with senile stroke hemiplegia received by this hospital for January of 2012 to January of 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. Control group were given hot com- pressing of Chinese medicine while treatment group were additionally given acupuncture treatment. The changes of function scores in both groups before and ＇after the treatment were observed. Results ： The sco^s of Vasl？ Meyer and FAC, Barthel index, mobil- ity and tensile force of the hips and knee joints, and the level of the muscular tension in both groups got obvious improvement af- ter the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After one month and three months of treatment, the scores in treatment group improved more appar- ently than these improved in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with hot compressing of Chinese med- icine has remarkable therapeutic effects on senile stroke hemiplegia.
