摘要
针对大台矿通风能力不足的现状,对矿井通风阻力和主要通风机性能进行测定,找出通风系统存在的主要隐患,并利用Ventsim风网解算软件对实测通风参数进行可靠性检验和优化方案的仿真模拟,提出合理的通风系统优化改造措施。该方案实施后取得良好效果,主要通风机稳定运行,矿井通风阻力减小,风量供应满足生产需求,提高了矿井的防灾抗灾能力。
According to the actuality of insufficient ventilation capacity of Datai Coal Mine,we measured the Coal Mine ventilation resistance and its main ventilator performance,found the main potential of ventilation system,did the analogue simulation of the measured ventilation parameters reliability test and optimization program by Ventsim,provided reasonable reformation measure to the ventilation system. The program has achieved good effect,the main ventilator worked stably,the ventilation resistance of Coal Mine decreased,blast capacity apply can meet the requirement of production,and increased the ability of Coal Mine disaster prevention and resilience.
