摘要
建立煤矿安全风险预控管理体系的评价模型是煤矿安全管理工作的需要。从煤矿安全风险预控管理体系规范的组成内容和安全管理需要考虑,建立煤矿安全风险预控管理评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价与数据包络分析(DEA)相结合的方法对煤矿安全风险预控管理体系进行数据处理,构建了煤矿安全风险预控管理体系的3层结构评价模型。结合实例应用表明该模型能实现煤矿安全风险预控管理体系评价的量化研究。
Establishment of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system assessment model is the need of mine safety management. A three-layer structure evaluation model is established for the assessment of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system,by selecting evaluation index system from the perspective of the element of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system and need of safety management and using the method that combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data envelopment analysis( DEA) for data processing. A case shows that this model can achieve the quantitative research of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system assessment. The assessment result is effective and objective.
