摘要
针对目前数控教学中应用虚拟仿真技术存在的缺陷,以改进数控教学模式作为切入点,提出将数控加工仿真系统的整个设计过程作为学生在数控实践教学中的一个创新性训练项目,从而把原来要经过多个间断的训练项目才能完成的教学内容,通过仿真系统设计有机结合成一个综合创新训练项目,不仅有助于学生在实践中学习理论,而且能增强学生的实践动手能力,从而进一步培养学生的创新思维能力,对改善数控课堂教学效果具有积极的促进作用.
Considering the link of virtual simulation technology currently used in NC teaching had some defects,which did not meet the need of modern NC teaching,it was presented the whole design process of NC machining simulation system as student's innovative training program in NC practice teaching,let the students further to try to establish the simulation system of NC machining on their own,instead of the previous simple application of NC machining simulation system,and then complete the whole machining process simulation and verification for the typical part in NC machining simulation system. As a result,establishing the virtual NC machining simulation system with practical significance would not only train the student's ability to analyze and solve problems,and improve the students' engineering practice competence,but also help students to enhance the creative thinking ability,and pay more attention to improve their comprehensive qualities. At the same time,the innovation of teaching method made the NC teaching mode become more flexible and convenient,and play a positive role to improve the classroom NC teaching effect.
