摘要
目的:观察补肾健骨方治疗慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨异常(CKD-MBD)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的70例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组,35例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组于常规治疗基础上加服补肾健骨方,疗程4周。观察两组患者的总疗效及治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、Ca、P、全段甲状旁腺激素(i PTH)的变化;结果:治疗组有效率为82.9%,优于对照组的65.7%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者Scr、UA、Ca水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者血清P、i PTH水平低于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨方有助于缓解CKD-MBD患者的临床症状,并在降低尿素氮、血磷及甲状旁腺激素水平、调节钙磷代谢方面具有一定的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction in the treatment of mineral and bone disorder chronic kidney disease of( CKD- MBD). Methods: A total of 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was based on the routine treatment plus orally taking Bushen Jiangu decoction,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Observe the total effect in two groups according to seram creatinine( Scr),blood urea nitrogen( BUN),uric acid( UA),creatinine clearance rate( CCr),Ca,P,intact parathyroid hormone( i PTH) changes before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 82. 9%,which was better than 65. 7% in the control group( P〈0. 05); after treatment,BUN in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 05),and the two groups had no statistical significance according to Scr,UA,Ca( P〈0. 05); the serum P,i PTH levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Bushen Jiangu decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with CKD- MBD,and it plays a role in reducing blood urea nitrogen,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels,regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
