关于我国社区居家养老服务标准体系建设的研究

Study on the Standards System Construction for Family-care in Communities in China

社区居家养老是社会养老和家庭养老的最佳载体,其标准体系建设有利于提升养老服务质量。本文通过比较国外养老服务模式及标准体系,对我国养老服务标准体系现状进行分析,阐述了社区居家养老服务的模式及其工作机制,用系统方法构建出我国社区居家养老服务的标准体系框架,并对社区居家养老服务业标准体系建设提出了相应的对策与建议。

Family-care in communities is the best carrier of the social-care and family-care. Its standards system construction is beneficial to improve the quality of elder-care services. Based on the patterns of elder-care services and standards system from foreign countries, the paper analyzes the current situation of the standards system of elder-care services, describes the patterns of family-care in communities and its working mechanism, and then constructs the domestic standard system framework of family-care in communities by a systematic method. In the end, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the standards system for family-care in communities.
