摘要
创业教育是推动国家科技经济的重要手段,在大学教育中占据越来越重要的地位。医学生创业教育立足就业问题之上,能够推动作为研究型大学的医学院校实现"产学研用"一体化的进程,符合知识经济时代背景下的人才需求,具有国家层面的重要战略意义。医学生创业教育需结合当代医学生创业教育特点,针对"主体、客体、环境"三因素问题来合理开展。针对创新创业实践面临的困境,基于协同观念,构建以综合项目为中心的团队合作、共享的创新创业资源平台,以三阶段层进式的培养实践方法,建立应用于医学生的"创新创业能力协同培养"模式,以增大医学生参与度、实现优势互补、资源共享、创新创业能力全程贯序发展、提高创业项目核心竞争力、全面提升医学生创新创业素质、实现大学教育为最高目标。
Entrepreneurship education is an important means to promote national sci-tech economy,which plays a more and more important role in the university education.Entrepreneurship education for medical college students is not only about solving the employment problem,but also involved in the cooperation between production,education and research for medical university as research university,which meets the talents demand under the background of era of knowledge-driven economy,and has a strategic importance at national level.Entrepreneurship education for medical college students should be carried out combined with its own characteristics and in connection with subject,object and environment.Facing the difficulties of innovation and entrepreneurship practice,collaborative training of innovative and entrepreneurial capacity mode based on cooperative ideas for medical college students has been constructed,which integrates project-centered teamwork,shared innovation and entrepreneurship resources and layer-three stages of progressive training practices,in order to increase medical college students' participation,complement one another,share resource,develop innovative and entrepreneurial capacity sequentially overall process and improve core competitiveness of entrepreneurial projects,looking forward to promoting medical students' innovative and entrepreneurial quality overall and achieving the university education goals.
