摘要
高冰镍浸出系统产出的高冰镍浸出渣中铜含量较高,研究了采用微波辅助加热、Fe_2(SO_4)_3氧化浸出工艺从渣中浸出铜,考察了微波功率、硫酸质量浓度、Fe_2(SO_4)_3用量、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对铜浸出率的影响。利用JMP软件分析试验结果,确定了Fe_2(SO_4)_3用量、硫酸质量浓度是影响铜浸出的显著因素,适宜的浸出条件为微波功率700 W,Fe_2(SO_4)_3质量浓度100g/L,硫酸质量浓度184g/L,液固体积质量比8∶1,浸出时间120min。在适宜条件下,铜浸出率为89.82%。
There is a lot of copper in the leaching residue of high grade nickel matte. Leaching of copper from the residue using Fe2 (SO4)3 in sulfuric acid by microwave irradiation was studied. The influence of microwave power, sulfuric acid concentration, dosage of Fe2 (SO4)3, leaching time and ratio of liquid- to-solid on the leaching rate of copper were examined. The main factors effecting leaching rate of copper were regression analyzed by JMP. The results show that main factors are sulfuric acid concentration and dosage of Fe2 (SO4)3. the optimal conditions are microwave power of 700 W, the Fez (SO4)3 dosage of 100 g/L, sulfuric acid concentration of 10%, ratio of liquid-to-solid of 8: 1, and leaching time of 60 min. Under the optimal conditions,the leaching rate of copper is 89.82%.
