摘要
本研究运用焦点小组访谈和开放性调查问卷两种方法对组织动员情境下员工捐赠心理和决策过程进行探析,并对组织动员员工捐赠的募捐方式的优劣势进行分析。
This study used two methods of focus group interviews and open questionnaires to analyze the employee donation psychology and decision making process in the organizational mobilization situation and it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of donation modes by the organizational mobilization.
