地方高校转型期创新创业人才教育发展问题简析

On Entrepreneurial Talent Education Development Problem of Local University Innovation on the Transitional Period

在吉林省实施"高教强省"战略以及推进地方高校转型发展的高等教育新形势下,加快发展现代职业教育是地方高校发展的必经之路,加快创新创业人才教育是转型期高校人才教育的新内涵。本文在对地方高校白城师范学院发展情况进行调研的基础上,深入分析创新创业人才教育活动的内容、形式等方面的具体情况,提出今后地方高校创新创业人才教育活动发展的新趋势。

It is a key way for local university development carrying the strategy of " Higher Education Making Powerful Province" in Jilin Province,promoting the development of local college's transformation of higher education under the new situation,and speeding up the development of modern vocational education. It can accelerate the innovative entrepreneurial talent education,which is a new connotation of transformation of talent education in colleges and universities. Based on the development of local college,Baicheng Normal College,on the basis of the research,this paper analyses the content of the education activity of innovation and pioneering talents thoroughly,forms the aspects of the specific circumstances,and proposes the new development trend of local university innovative entrepreneurial talent education activities.
