双作用CO_2驱气密封隔器研究

Study of Double Acting Gastight Packer for CO_2-Flooding

CO2驱工艺已成为提高低渗透油藏采收率的关键技术。在CO2驱工艺管柱中,气密封隔器是关键部件。为保证CO2驱工艺的气密效果,研制了双作用CO2驱气密封隔器,主要由坐封机构、密封机构、锁紧机构、解封机构、丢手机构、卡瓦防回弹机构等组成,采用液压坐封和机械坐封双重作用,具备密封、承压、锚定、丢手、解封打捞等多种功能。该封隔器在中石化华东分公司进行了现场试验,7个月后套压仍然为0,表明封隔器承压性能良好。气密封隔器的研制为CO2驱注气工艺技术的推广应用奠定了基础。

CO2flooding has become the important method for enhancing oilfield recovery in low permeability oil reservoirs.In the process string,gastight packer is the key question.To ensure the gastight effect,the double acting gastight packer is designed.The packer is composed by setting mechanism,sealing mechanism,lath mechanism,unsetting mechanism,releasing mechanism,and slip mechanism and so on.The packer has several functions,such as sealing,pressure bearing,anchoring,releasing,unlocking and so on.Now,the packer has been used for 7months in the Eastern Branch Company.The casing pressure is 0,which indicates that the performance of packer is outstanding.The success of gastight packer provides the power for promoting CO2-flooding technology.
