从善治的视角看高校内部学院核心竞争力评价

On the Core- competitiveness Evaluation of Schools from a“Good Governance”Perspective

高校改革传统的管治式模式,深化内部治理体系与治理能力现代化建设十分必要。本文通过对高校内部治理模式的研究,提出基于学院核心竞争力评价的治理模式,为高校开展内部治理提供有益的借鉴。

It is quite necessary that colleges reform their traditional governing model and deepen the moderniza-tion construction of inner system and governing competence .This paper made some research on the inner governing model of college and put forward the Core -competitiveness Evaluation model ,which will be useful in helping the colleges in inner governing .
