萍乡市海绵城市发展需求与建设思路初析

Preliminary analysis of development demands and construction thoughts of sponge city of Pingxiang City

江西省萍乡市是全国第一批16个海绵城市试点之一。为将萍乡市建设成生态友好的海绵城市,在认真分析地理、河流、水资源、用水情况等的基础上,提出了萍乡海绵城市建设的思路及重点控制指标。萍乡市海绵城市建设主要从建筑与小区类、公园与广场类、道路管网类、河流湖泊类等项目入手,构建新型的城市低影响开发雨水系统。针对该市海绵城市建设的各类项目,制定了相应的保障、监管与考核措施。

Pingxiang City of Jiangxi Province is among the first batch of pilot sponge cities （16 in total） in China. To build Pingxiang City into an environment-friendly sponge city, on the basis of the analysis on the geography, rivers, water resources and water utilization etc. , the thoughts and key control indexes for building the sponge city are put forward, and the construction will start from the structures and residential area, parks and squares, roads and pipe network, rivers and lakes etc. , so as to construct a new and low-impact urban developing rainwater system. Aiming at the various construction projects, the correspondent measures of guarantee, monitoring and check etc. are put forward.
