发热门诊的医院感染管理研究

目的探讨该院发热门诊防止医院感染的管理措施和管理效果。方法对于发热门诊中参与治疗的医护人员的常规管理方法有:岗前培训、工作制度及其流程管理、消毒隔离管理,同时明确各位工作人员的职责,做到分工明确,责任到人。结果医护人员的自身能力进一步提升,门诊的工作秩序也很有条理,治疗的发热患者病情都得到了有效地控制,没有出现医患纠纷。结论发热门诊的设立及其管理工作的完善是预防控制传染性疾病的重要内容,也是预防的关键环节。

Objective To investigate the management of hospital infection in our hospital and to prevent hospital infection.Methods For the conventional management method of fever clinics in the treatment of medical personnel： pre job training,work system and process management, disinfection and isolation management, at the same time, clear the duties of the members of the staff, do a clear division of responsibility to the people. Results The ability of medical personnel to further enhance the work order is also very structured, the treatment of patients with fever were effectively controlled, there is no dispute between doctors and patients. Conclusion The establishment and management of fever clinic is an important part of prevention and control of infectious diseases.
