摘要
碳化二亚胺具有较强的反应活性,能与胶原上的羧基发生反应,引导胶原产生自交联,辅以N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)可提高交联效率。交联后胶原的耐湿热稳定性、力学性能、耐降解性等性能得到改善,且保持了良好的生物相容性。EDC/NHS是一种比较理想的"零长度"交联剂,也可用于引导其他物质与胶原发生反应,在生物材料的制备中具有广阔的应用前景。
Carbodiimide has relatively strong reaction activity. It can react with the carboxyl groups of collagen, inducing the self-crosslinking of collagen.And the use of N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) is capable of increasing the crosslinking efficiency. After crosslinking, the hydrothermal stability (Shrinkage temperature,Ts), mechanical properties, resistance to degradation and other performance of collagen can be improved, and the crosslinked collagen can remain a good biocompatibility. EDC/NHS is an ideal of "zero-length" cross-linking agent, it can also be used to induce other substances react with collagen. So EDC/NHS has broad application prospects in the preparation of biological materials.
