摘要
介绍了某商用塔楼结构设计。该结构中庭处楼板有效宽度仅占结构总宽度的22%,存在楼板连接特别薄弱的情况。结构设计时,采用性能化的设计思想,确定了薄弱连接板的抗震性能目标,满足小震弹性、中震承载力极限状态。采用全楼弹性膜的假定,进行了楼板应力分析和抗震设计。此外,考虑到连接板一旦破坏,结构将成为两个独立的双塔,原有的动力特性和抗震能力也随之改变,结构强度设计时取整体模型和分塔单独模型计算的包络。
Structural design of a commercial office building was presented here. The building is a high-rise building. The effective width of atrium floor is only 22% of total structural width and therefore,local weak connections exist. Based on performance requirements,this structure should keep elastic under frequent earthquakes and it cannot exceed the ultimate limit state under design earthquake. Stress analyses of the floor were performed based on the elastic membrane assumption. In addition,the structure was designed as two independent towers as the connection fails. Dynamic properties and the seismic capacity of the structure were designed to meet this requirement. The envelopment analysis method was used in the design.
