摘要
目的探讨基于奥马哈系统(Omaha System)的培训对提升护理专业学生评估能力的效果。方法采用前瞻性队列研究,通过方便抽样法招募自愿参与研究的护理专业学生47名,按照自愿原则将其分干预组(n=22)和对照组(n=25)。对照组仅接受常规教学,干预组在常规教学的基础上接受奥马哈系统的培训(理论和实践各5学时)。分别在培训前后用标准化案例集对47名护生评估能力进行测试。结果培训前,两组评估成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,干预组评估成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于奥马哈系统的培训能够有效提升护理专业学生的评估能力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of a nursing assessment training program based on the Omaha system on assessment ability of nursing students. Methods A total of 47 nursing students were recruited using convenience sampling for a prospective cohort study. They were randomly divided into an intervention group (n=22) and a control group (n=25) according to their wishes. Both groups received conventional teaching contents, while the intervention group additionally took part in a nursing assessment training program based on the Omaha System. All the 47 students were tested using a set of standardized cases before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, no significant differences were found in assessment scores between the two groups (P〉0.05). After the training, the average score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The nursing assessment training program based on the Omaha system can effectively improve the assessment ability of nursing students.
