Objective. To evaluate the structural change in the cerebral cortex for early pons hemor- rhage patients and analysis sensory motor function lmPairement. Methods: 16 patients with pontine hem- orrhage from May 2014 - March 2015 in our hospital were selected as Observation Group. Mean while 16 healthy people served the control group. After admission, to the hospital the structure of magnetic reso- nance in observation group was detected and the data of voxel morphology structure of magnetic reso- nance in the two groups were compared about the change in brain gray matter volume area. And the corre- lation analysis of structural changes in the patients with cerebral cortex and the relationship between the sensorimotor functions. Results:There was no significant difference in the 2 groups about age and sex (P〈 0.05); The light touch of a grade, acupuncture and sports scores in observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was statistically significant (P〈0. 001) ; Based on voxel morphology analysis, observation group, in the of gray matter volume (P〈0.05) in bilateral primary sensory center, primary motor and its auxiliary motor area; the structure abnormal area shrink was not correl aed with light touch grade, acupuncture and sports scores(P〈0.05). Conclusion:There exists gray matter in patients with pons hemorrhage in primary feeling center, the prirrary sports center and the supplementa- ry motor area, but there is no relationship of light touch grad, e, :acupuncture, and sports scores.
