癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表的汉化及信效度分析

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form for cancer patients

目的汉化癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表(Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form,Fo P-Q-SF),分析其在测评原发性肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展心理中的信度和效度。方法通过二人直译-回译法,经专家小组评议和文化调适形成汉化版癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表。采取方便抽样的方法对678名原发性肝癌住院患者恐惧疾病进展心理进行调查和测评,并对量表行信效度分析。结果项目分析各条目临界比值均具有统计学意义(P<0.001),且各条目与量表总分的相关系数达到0.5以上;探索性因素分析,KMO值为0.903,共提取2个公因子,可解释总变异的53.8%,12个条目在相应主成分载荷均>0.4;验证性因子分析,2因子结构模型更适于汉化版恐惧疾病进展简化量表的基本结构分析,各项拟合指标基本良好;构念效度,汉化版Fo P-Q-SF与焦虑及心理功能的相关系数绝对值呈中度相关(0.693、-0.653),而与躯体功能,症状/副作用,社会功能呈低度相关(-0.300^-0.476)。总量表的内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.883;提取的2个公因子的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.829和0.812。结论汉化版癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为原发性肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展心理的测评工具。

Objective To translate the English version of Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form（FoP-Q-SF） into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of FoP-Q-SF in patients with primary liver cancer. Methods The Chinese version was developed by direct translation and back translation by two researchers,and was reviewed and culturally adjusted by panel of experts. A total of 678 patients with primary liver cancer were recruited and were investigated by the Chinese version of FoP-Q-SF. The reliability and validity of the form was analyzed. Results Item analysis indicated each item in the critical ratio was significant,and the correla- tion coefficients to the total scores reached above 0.5. Exploratory factor analysis（EFA） indicated that Chinese version of FoP-Q-SF consisted of 2 factors which explained of 53.8% of total variance,and factor loading of all 12 items was higher than 0.4. Confirmatory factor analysis（CFA） indicated the fit indices of the measurement were improved. Results revealed moderate correlations of the Chinese version of FoP-Q-SF with anxiety and psychological function- ing. Low correlations were found with physical functioning,symptoms/side effects and social functioning. The internal consistency reliability coefficients were 0.883 for total seale,0.829 and 0.812 for the 2 factors respectively. Conclusion The Chinese version of FoP-Q-SF has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool of measuring FoP for primary liver cancer patients.
