复方疏肝利胆汤利胆作用动物实验研究

Animal Experimental Study on Cholagogic Effect of Compound Shugan Lidan Decoction

目的:探讨"复方疏肝利胆汤"对大鼠利胆作用影响。方法:将正常SD级大鼠随机分为3组,分别是空白对照组、阳性对照组、复方疏肝利胆汤组,给药方式为直接十二指肠给药,在胆总管插管收集胆汁;分别收集给药前1 h及给药后1、2、3 h的胆汁,测量各组各时段大鼠胆汁分泌流量。比较给药前后各时段大鼠胆汁分泌量。结果:复方疏肝利胆汤可以显著增加给药后1、2 h大鼠胆汁流量,其增加率在给药后1、2 h效果明显(P<0.01)且高于阳性对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方疏肝利胆汤可以增加胆汁流量,具有明显的利胆作用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of ＂Compound Shugan Lidan Decoction＂ on the cholagogic effect in rats. Methods：The normal rats were randomly divided into blank control group,positive control group,Compound Shugan Lidan Decoction,by duodenal administration,cannulation of the common bile duct bile was collected;collected separately administered 1 hr before and after administration of 1,2,3 hours each time interval measurement of bile,bile secretion in rats. Comparison of administration before and after each period of bile secretion in rats. Results：Compound Shugan Lidan Decoction can significantly increase after administration of 1,2 hours in rat bile flow,the rate of increase in the 1,2 hours after administration,the effect is obvious（P〈0.01）and higher than the positive control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Compound Shugan Lidan Decoction can increase bile flow has obvious cholagogic effect.
