摘要
做好高职学院与技师学院教育人才培养的对接,借鉴国内外课程教学改革经验,开展学期项目教学改革的探索与实践,在职业教育课程教学改革新模式下,让教师转变角色,学生转变学习方法,学生在项目任务驱动下,在参与课程的任务完成中学习,提升职业能力和综合素质,培养企业生产一线急需的高端技能型专门人才。
Adapting course teaching reform experiences from home and abroad, the paper holds that we must work on the docking of vocational college and technician college talents cultivation and promote the exploration and practice of term project teaching reform. Under vocational education curricu lum teaching reform new model, teachers' roles and students' learning techniques are changed. Driven under project task, students are involved in the curriculum task in which their professional abilities and synthetic quality are promoted to become high-skilled talents urgently needed by the forefront of production.
