摘要
脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)是革兰阴性菌的主要成分,具有双重作用,适量的LPS可以激发机体的免疫反应,增强其免疫功能,而高浓度则会引起广泛而强烈的炎性反应。在LPS介导的信号转导通路中,有LBP、CD14等多种双重作用的受体,与LPS的双重作用有关。论文对与LPS双重作用有关的受体以及LPS的机理进行综述,以期为LPS的使用和LPS引起的炎症疾病的治疗提供参考。
Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)is the main component of Gram negative bacteria,which has double effects.Right amount of LPS can stimulate the body's immune system and enhance immune function,but,high concentrations of LPS can cause extensive inflammatory reaction strongly.In the signal transduction pathways mediated by LPS,there are a variety of double effect receptors,such as LBP and CD14,which may be associated with double effect of LPS.Here,the receptors of being related with LPS double effects and the mechanisms of LPS were reviewed,which provides the theory basis for preventing and treating the diseases caused by LPS.
