中西医结合治疗癫痫临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Epilepsy with Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法:将100例癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用中医辨证论治。发作时治标,以化痰开窍、熄风定痫为治法。用针刺督脉、任脉、足阳明、足少阴、厥阴经腧穴为主。发作间期以治本为重,应用涤痰汤治疗,方药组成:天南星12 g,石菖蒲12 g,白芍25 g,炙甘草3 g,远志12 g,生铁落30 g,地龙12 g。治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候评分。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,对照组有效率为66.0%,治疗组有效率为84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分均有明显改善,治疗组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗癫痫疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treatment of epilepsy with Chinese and western medicine. Methods： 100 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine therapy;the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treat- ment based on western medicine treatment, when attacked, dealt with symptoms, methods of dissipating phlegm for resuscitation and cal- ming wind and controlling epilepsy for treatment. With acupuncture of Du meridian, Ren meridian, and foot Yangming, foot Shaoyin, Ju- eyin meridian acupoints. In termission of attack,laying emphasis on the root, application of Ditan Tang treatment and prescription com- position： Tiannanxing（ Arisaema） 12 g, Shiehangpu （ Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii ） 12 g, Baishao （ Radix Paeoniae Alba） 25 g, Zhieao （ Fried Licorice） 3 g, Yuanzhi（ Polygala Tenuifolia） 12 g, Shengtieluo（ Iron Flakes） 30g, Dilong（Earthworm） 12 g. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 66. 0%, and the treatment group was 84.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. TCM syndrome score of patients of two groups were significantly improved, after treatment, but the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combined treatment of TCM and western medicine is effective in treating epilepsy.
