皮下注射植入型心电监测仪应用一例 被引量：9

摘要 患者女，63岁，因“心悸10余年，晕厥2次”入院。10余年前出现心悸、胸闷，无黑朦、晕厥发作，未明确诊断。6个月前如厕立起时出现意识丧失，数分钟后意识恢复，醒后有乏力、出汗，无尿便失禁、无口舌咬伤。4个月前站立时出现心悸，继而意识丧失并摔倒，左脑着地，持续4-5min意识恢复，入天坛医院行头颅CT检查，示急性轻型颅脑损伤、蛛网膜下隙少量出血、头皮血肿。颈动脉超声示双侧颈动脉斑块形成，颅内血管超声未见异常。
