摘要
本文研究针对大型离心压缩机组转子系统,通过在平衡盘密封增加反旋流结构的方法,提高其动力稳定性。首先,利用数值CFD分析的方法,得到了反旋流结构对密封内部流场特性的影响,然后,通过试验手段验证并修正了密封动力特性的理论计算模型,实现了反旋流装置对于转子系统稳定性的定量化评估。形成了一套工程实用的反旋流结构设计流程,可有效地实现大型离心压缩机组转子系统动力稳定性的分析与设计。
Abstract: In this thesis, the rotor system of large centrifugal compressors is selected to study. In order to improve the rotordynamic stability, some kind of anti-swirl device is added to the seal on balance piston. The influence on inner flow of seals due to anti-swirl device is simulated through numerical CFD analysis. Then, Based on the experiments, the theoretical calculation model to for dynamic characteristics of seal is verified and revised. Quantitative assessment of anti-swirl device for the rotor dynamics stability is accomplished. As a result, for large centrifugal compressors, a set of engineering practical procedure for anti-swirl seal is come up tocomplete analysis and design dynamics stability in compressor units. of the rotor centrifugal
