疑难病例分析 第354例 发热-肝脓肿-意识不清-颅内低密度影-肺炎克雷伯菌感染 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，66岁。因“腰背部酸痛不适10d，头痛、发热伴胡言乱语5d，昏迷1d”，于2015年3月3日人院。10d前无明显诱因下出现腰背部酸痛，伴乏力，无发热，无尿痛尿急，未予重视。
