摘要
文章以聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)为主要吸水组分,通过机械共混法制备了木粉(WF)填充天然橡胶(NR)吸水复合材料,并考察了WF、PAANa对该复合材料吸水及力学性能的影响。结果表明:200目WF对NR存在一定的补强效果,同时WF也起到了辅助吸水的作用。PAANa能大大提高复合材料的吸水能力,当WF添加量为20份,PAANa添加量为60份时,复合材料的体积吸水率达到了832%。
The water-absorbing natural rubber (NR) composites filled with wood flour (WF), sodium polyacrylate (PAANa) as the main absorbing component were prepared by mechanical blending method. Effects of WF and PAANa on the water-absorbent and mechanical properties were discussed. The results are as follows: the 200 mesh WF has a dual role in reinforcing effect and assistant water-absorption on NR composites. The PAANa content can greatly improve the water-absorbing capacity of composites, when the WF and PAANa amount are 20 phr and 60 phr respectively, the swellable ratio by volume reached 832 %.
