南京市高淳区基层村医的供给量分析与预测

Analysis and prediction research on the supply quantity of grass-root village doctors in Gaochun District in Nanjing

[目的]了解南京市开设临床专业的高等院校医学本科生服务基层的情况,分析并预测2016年南京市高校服务基层的医学本科生的供给量、构成和分布。[方法]文献研究法、调查法、定性访谈法。[结果]2015-2017年,南京市高淳区村医供给量分别为179人,193人和214人,其中预计来自南京市开设临床专业的高等院校服务基层的医学本科生为14人,19人和26人。[结论]医学本科生服务基层供给总量不足难以满足需求,医学生服务基层供给情况不容乐观,需要政府、学校、社会多方面力量共同努力加以改善。

Objective The study is focus on knowing the basic situation of medical undergraduates who study clinical speciality in medical university service at the grass-roots level. Analyzes and forecast the supply, structure and distribution of medical undergraduates service at the grass-roots level in 2016 in Nanjing. Methods Takes literature research, survey and qualitative interview method. Results From 2015 to 2017, the supply quantity o f village doctors will reach 179,193,214 in Gaochun District in Nanjing. Among them, there will be 14,19 and 26 medical undergraduates who graduate from clinical speciality of medical universities in Nanjing. Conclusions The whole number of the medical undergraduates who service at the grass-roots level arc hard to meet demand, the supply situation is unoptimistic. To solve these problems, government, school and society should make common efforts to improve it.
