多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效观察

Observe the clinical efficacy of Multiple root canal tube treat dental pulp disease and disposable root treatment

目的分析多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效。方法选择我院收治的牙体牙髓病患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予多次法根管治疗,实验组给予一次性根管治疗。结果治疗后,实验组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze multiple root canal tube clinical curative effect in the treatment of dental pulp disease and disposable root treatment. Methods 80 cases of patients with dental disease in our hospital as the research object,control group （40 cases） treated with multiple root canal therapy, the experimental group of 40 cases give a one-time root canal therapy. Results The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of one-time root canal treatnient of dental disease is better than multiple root canal treatment.
