摘要
新疆准东煤中钠含量较高,在热转化利用过程中会造成设备的腐蚀、积灰和结渣等问题。本文通过煤的逐级萃取和热解实验,考察了准东煤热解过程中钠的迁移转化规律。初步实验结果表明准东煤中的钠以水溶钠为主,约占60%~70%。热解过程中钠的形态发生转变,温度低于700℃时钠主要是以有机钠的形式释放,温度升高,原煤和水洗煤中可溶钠向不溶钠转化。
There is a high sodium content in Zhundong coal,which result in equipment corrosion,fouling and slagging during coal combustion and gasification.We use sequential extraction and pyrolysis experiment to investigate the transformation of sodium in Zhundong coal during pyrolysis.Preliminary experimental results show that 60~70 percent of the sodium in Zhundong coal exists in the form of water soluble sodium.The existing forms of sodium in coal changed after pyrolysis,the release of sodium in the temperature lower than 700°C are organic sodium,soluble sodium in raw coal and water washed coal would transform to insoluble sodium as the temperature rise.
