摘要
为了有效应对产品再制造的风险,提出基于AHP-FCE模型的风险评价方法,全面分析产品再制造面临的各种风险。构建包括市场风险、设备风险、技术风险、管理风险、成本风险和政策风险的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各指标权重,并采用模糊综合评价法进行风险等级评价,得出产品再制造风险状况,为再制造风险评价提供一种科学可行的方法。
In order to effectively deal with the risk during product remanufacturing a method for risk assessment was proposed based on AHP-FCE model that could provide a comprehensive analysis of the risks faced by remanufacturing. This assessment index system was composed of the market risk, equipment risk, technology risk, management risk, cost risk and policy risk etc. Analytic hierarchy process was introduced to determine the weight of each index, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the risk level with derived risks during product remanufacturing. All of them could provide a scientific and feasible way for assessment of remanufacturing risks.
