摘要
结合某砖混结构商业用房加固改造工程的设计,讨论对原结构进行加固改造而采用的墙梁托换技术,利用有限元软件ANSYS对托墙梁进行挠度变形和应力分析,并进行了室内试验得到了梁的变形和应力情况。通过对比,力学计算分析结果与试验结果较为吻合,从而验证了改造设计方案的可靠性;另外,还介绍了该托换方法的基础设计。本文所应用的托换技术,简单、经济、可靠,可供同类工程进行加固改造时参考。
In a reinforcement and reconstruction of brick-concrete composite structure project,wall beam underpinning technique is discussed. The deflection deformation and stress of bressummer are analyzed based on ANSYS program,the deformation and stress are also obtained by indoor test. Through comparing the results of FEM and indoor test,reconstruction plan is recognized. In addition,the foundation reinforcement design is introduced. The underpinning technology in this paper is simple,economic and safe,and can provide reference for similar projects.
