摘要
混合动力车辆的节油性优于普通车辆的主要原因是通过电机的辅助来优化发动机的运行,以达到节油和减少排放的目的。传统优化方法即基线优化是对发动机的运行点、运行线和运行范围进行优化来使发动机运行在最优的工作区间。近年来,最小值原理对动力系统整体效率进行控制策略优化有了广泛的应用。文中对混合动力双离合系统进行优化研究,在台架试验中验证了优化的结果。相对于常规车辆,混合动力系统使用基线控制策略节油率为16.7%,最小值原理策略为21.7%。
Hybrid electric vehicles have more fuel -saving and less emission features than conventional vehicle due to optimal engine operation through motor assist. Traditional optimal method is baseline control method. For the purpose of making engine operation in optimal range, baseline control optimizes engine operating point, line and range. It is to minimize principle optimization to consider each element operate, from power system integral efficient view to optimize torque - split, widely used in optimal control strategy in recent years. This paper takes optimal research based on hybrid dual clutch system, and proves the optimal effect in experiment. Compared to conventional vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles have 16.7% fuel cut with baseline control, and 21.7% fuel cut with minimize principle control.
