中国—东盟非关税壁垒强度变动趋势及影响因素分析——兼论中国—东盟自由贸易区贸易自由化路径选择

Analysis of the changing trend of Chinese-ASEAN non-tariff barrier and its influence factors——Discussing the realization method of trade liberalization of China-ASEAN FTA

随着中国与东盟合作的深化,近年来中国与东盟贸易在总额持续攀升的基础上贸易差额呈现出由逆差转化为顺差的趋势,同时,中国与东盟国家技术性贸易壁垒的碰撞也逐渐凸显。本文通过计算东盟国家实施非关税壁垒强度指数,对其强度水平进行了实证研究,并分析其影响因素。基于此进一步提出了促进中国—东盟自由贸易区贸易便利化的路径。

With the deepened China-ASEAN cooperation, the trend has changed from the trade deficit to trade surplus by based on the total trade volume between China and ASEAN that has been increased annually. At same time, the conflict from technical barriers to trade between China and ASEAN has become more obvious. This article through the intensity index of non-tariff barrier implemented by the ASEAN countries to analyze intensity level by empirical research and its influencing factors, furthermore, puts forward the path to promote the free trade facilitation.
