摘要
基于余吾煤业N1102工作面生产及通风现状,详细论述了采用单元法测定综放工作面瓦斯源涌出比例以及瓦斯浓度分布规律。依据单元法实测数据可知工作面漏风方向、漏风量以及局部瓦斯积聚状况。综合分析上隅角瓦斯积聚来源,对比分析多种上隅角瓦斯治理方法,提出基于移动式插管抽采上隅角瓦斯的治理方案。现场工程实践表明,瓦斯防治效果良好,并且实现抽放管路资源的高效利用,具有较好的经济效益。
Based on the status quo of production and ventilation on N1102 working face of Yuwu Coal Industry Company,the unit method was used to determine the ratio of source gas emission of full-mechanized caving mining face and gas concentration distribution rules.Based on the measured data of element method,we can obtain the direction of air leakage on working face,volume of air leakage,and the local gas accumulation conditions. Comprehensive analysis of source gas accumulation in upper corner,and comparison and analysis on a variety of corner gas control method,was put forward based on movable intubation extraction method to control gas in upper corner.The field test of engineering practice shows that,it has a good effect on prevention and control of gas,and realize efficient useage of drainage pipeline resources,has good economic benefit.
