摘要
天津港-华北石化原油管道工程(简称津华线),管道设计输量为700万t/a,根据该输量选定管径为DN500。但根据津华线运行计划,存在输送小输量(165万t/a)、高凝点冀东原油的工况。针对该工况,对管道输送工艺进行了研究,通过不同输送方案的分析对比,选取最优的加降凝剂、加热输送的运行方案,从而保证正常输送及运行安全。
The design flowrate of Tianjin port-North China Petrochemical Corporation Crude Oil Pipeline Project (hereinafter referred to as the Jinhua pipeline) is 700 × 10^4 t/a. According to the design flowrate, the diameter of pipeline is chosen as DN500. However, based on the operation plan, there is low flow operation (165 ×10^4 t/a) of high- pour-point Jidong crude oil. For this case, the transportation process is improved by analyzing different transportation schemes, selecting the optimal pour point reducer and heated crude transport plan, which ensures the normal production and the safety of transportation.
